Khi bắt đầu làm việc, xin hãy nêu yêu cầu và gửi tư liệu reference bạn muốn vẽ rõ ràng để thuận lợi cho quá trình làm việc, nếu được thì tốt nhất nên ở dạng brief ngắn gọn, tối thiếu việc mô tả miệng mà không có hình ảnh cụ thể.

Trong quá trình lên ý tưởng mình có thể sửa tổng thể tối đa 2 lần và những chi tiết nhỏ thì không quá 5-10 lần, đối với những tranh đã đến bước render thì sửa lại sẽ mất phí (nếu mất phí mình sẽ báo trước và bạn có thể thương lượng được).

Mình có quyền từ chối nếu như yêu cầu của bạn vượt quá khả năng của mình hoặc phạm vào những vấn đề mình cảm thấy không thoải mái khi vẽ.

Sau khi bạn duyệt và chấp nhận bản sketch, vui lòng thanh toán cho mình từ 50-100% giá trị comm trong vòng 3 ngày kể từ ngày duyệt sketch, nếu có gặp trục trặc gì xin hãy báo trước với mình, mình sẽ cho commission của bạn vào trạng thái chờ, còn nếu không được báo trước thì mình sẽ lập tức hủy commission đó.

Mình làm việc theo thứ tự đặt commission của khách hàng, nên bạn có thể theo dõi thứ tự và tiến độ chung qua link trello mà mình đã gắn ở homepage.

Mình sẽ chủ động update tiến độ tranh, nhưng nếu cần bạn có thể thoải mái check tiến độ. Trong quá trình làm comm, nếu có vấn đề đột xuất khiến mình phải chững lại hoặc rời lịch vẽ comm, mình sẽ tự động liên hệ để thông báo trước với bạn.

Tranh commission này chỉ được phép sử dụng với mục đích cá nhân phi thương mại. Mọi hành vi sử dụng với mục đích đem lại lợi nhuận là vi phạm điều khoản dịch vụ. Trong trường hợp bạn muốn sử dụng commission với mục đích thương mại, cần phải nêu rõ ngay từ đầu và bảng giá sẽ có sự thay đổi dựa trên mục đích sử dụng.

Sau khi hoàn thành commission, mình vẫn giữ quyền tác giả của sản phẩm, và mình có quyền sử dụng tranh để đăng tải lên mạng xã hội, portfolio nhằm quảng bá bản thân. Nếu bản có mong muốn gì về thời gian đăng tải, hoặc private toàn bộ commission, xin hãy báo trước để mình có thể trao đổi thêm với bạn.

When starting to work, please clearly state your requests and send me the required references that you want me to draw to facilitate the working process, if possible, it should be in a brief form, minimize oral description without any detail and specific image.

During the sketching process, I can fix the overall sketch at most 2 times and the small details no more than 5-10 times, at the rendering stage , it will cost a fee to fix (i'll notify you in advance, and you can negotiate the fixing price).

I have the right to refuse if your request is beyond my ability or have something that I feel uncomfortable to draw.

After you approve and accept the sketch, please finish your payment from 50-100% of the commission value within 3 days from the date of sketch approval, if there is any problem, please notify me in advance, i'll put your commission on hold. If i'm not notified beforehand, I'll cancel your commission.

I work according to the order of the client's commission, so you can track the order and general progress through the trello link that I have attached on the homepage.

I will actively update the progress of the painting, but if necessary, feel free to check the progress via messenges. In the process of doing commission, if there is an unexpected problem occured that causes me to pause or rearrange the commission drawing schedule, I will contact you in advance.

This commission is allowed for personal (non-commercial) use only. Any use for profit purposes is violating the TOS. In case you want to use the commission for commercial purposes, it should be stated from the beginning and the price list will change based on the purpose of user.

After completing the commission, I still retain the copyright of the product, and I have the right to use the commission on social networks, and portfolio to promote myself. If you have any wishes about the posting time, or to private the whole commission, please let me know in advance so I can discuss about it with you.
